Your Next Chapter!

"Man, that is born of a woman, is of few days and full of trouble" Job 14:1. Days of our lives! Whew! Filled with trouble. How true is that? Many of us can identify with troubled days and it's all because of the goodness of God. We thank God for another day, another month, another year, another decade, another century for some, but those days that we are thankful to see have not been without trouble. The days that are precious gifts to us from Father God are full of issues to resolve. Trouble is inevitable. We create trouble. We fall into trouble. But one good thing about trouble, it can't last. That day you received some bad news, that day you encountered a coworker that unleashed their evil heart on you, that day things just spiraled out of control into the worst possible day you had ever experienced are all days that came to pass. They came! They passed! Thank God! They are days gone by! They are episodes in your life. They are events that have made you who you are today. They are days the Father used to prove you, to build you, to recreate you into the image of His dear Son.

Past events now make up chapters of your life. Some of your chapters are good. Some are bad. Some are sad. If you could delete some chapters from the story of your life you would do just that. But keep this in mind, you have an Author who knows the parts and pieces of your past life. He will use past events of your life to bring glory to Him! He's already seen you in your passion for Him because of His grace upon your life. He's already seen you broadcasting your story and giving life to the listeners because they can relate to you. If He did it for you, He can do it for them! Your story is amazing, inspiring, and heart touching. He is inserting new pages into your chapters to include harvest time. You've sown much. It's harvest time. You've sown tears, He's writing episodes of joy into your future life. Your past may not be pretty but your future is pretty bright because of God, the Author and Finisher of your faith.

Go on, make a toast to your next chapter! It will be different from what you've experienced in the past. It will be a stunning chapter, a stunning story. Don't just take my word for it. Listen to Dr. Bronner below. He says it so well.
